Jewish Meditation with Reb Lev: Mondays at 7:00PM at Aish Kodesh. We will explore the contemplative aspects of our sacred heritage through the practices of silence, niggun (wordless melody) and various exercises based on hasidic and kabbalistic sources. We will also find ways of entering into various aspects of our liturgy in a contemplative mode to make our prayer life more meaningful and alive.

Reb Feivel Lev Ettelson has been a student of meditation for thirty years, studying with rabbis and Zen teachers.
